Please note that there is a 48- hour cancellation policy for Equiyoga equine treatment appointments, All Yoga Classes, Equi "Yoga" sessions & Reiki sessions, so if for any reason you cannot make your appointment, class or 1:1 session, please telephone me, at least  48 hours in advance, on: 07564519123  to re-schedule or cancel.

Otherwise the full cost of your treatment, class or 1:1 session will be applied.

Cancellation of Sam & The SwingTones booking 

Receipt of the invoice/booking form acts as acceptance of terms and conditions.
As Follows:
A £50 deposit is required to confirm the booking, only refundable if the event is cancelled at least 7 days prior. ( to allow act to find alternative booking. Or if the act has to cancel due to illness (we will do our best to assist finding an alternative)
Any Special requests must be confirmed in writing ( email or message is acceptable)
If Cancellation is less than and including 48 hours before event then full fee payment is required.
Other than in the event of extreme circumstances such as flood/fire/death in which each case will be dealt with accordingly.

Full payment of the balance is required on the night of performance either in cash or by bank transfer.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

If adequate notice is given for cancellation of a Yoga Class (48 hours) or an appointment (48 hours) you may be entitled to a refund or to transfer your place to another class or day if your space can be filled.

Yoga or equine therapy  is not a substitute for medical treatment and if you are in any
doubt, please consult your GP or vet before booking any treatments.
